With 18 years as a litigation communications consultant and designer, Jason Barnes has a deep well of experience to draw from. Though much of his practice is in intellectual property (patent infringement, trademark and trade secrets), his experience extends to products liability, class action defense and contract disputes.

Mr. Barnes established himself as a force for change in the industry at a time when demonstratives were drawn by hand . With undergraduate studies in computer science, he was uniquely situated to become a pioneer in the use of desktop publishing and large format printing. He was also among the first to provide computer-based multimedia in the courtroom. Since that time, Jason continues to expand and perfect the varied techniques used in creating and presenting electronic evidence. He has been published in various forums including the ASTC Jury Expert and the PLI, has lectured on the art of demonstrative evidence, and consulted with clients on implementation of best practices for courtroom presentation.
