I am Wells H. Anderson, J.D., CIC, president of Active Practice LLC in Edina, Minnesota. Our firm offers project planning, customization, conversion, training and support to offices implementing LexisNexis Time Matters and Billing Matters software. As pioneers in providing assistance and training via remote control and Web conferences, we work directly with attorneys and staff throughout the United States and Canada.

As one of the top LexisNexis Certified Independent Consultants, I won the TechnoLawyer Legal Technology Consultant of the Year award in 2000. I organized and led the panel presentation that was one of the most popular sessions at the 2006 LexisNexis Consultants Conference.
