G2A Executive Search™ A Professional Services - Litigation Technology Solutions Recruiting and Career Development firm has been engaged to search for a VP of Client Experience.
The position will report directly to the CEO and will be an integral part of the executive management team. This position will be based in the Seattle, WA area.
The VP of Client Experience will oversee four key business units; Solution Consulting, Client Services, Data Analysis, and Technical Support (>50 team members)
The ideal candidate will possess a dynamic personality and strong leadership skills that will empower a positive, collective and cohesive working environment that promotes creative performance of the team thus improving the client experience.
The ideal candidate will have top level law firm/corporate legal client facing skills and a thorough knowledge of EDRM.
- Accomplished leader, mentor that will empower a diverse, high performance team
- Excellent planning, process implementation, execution and turn-around skills
- Must have extensive experience at the “VP” level with the delivery of “technology enabled” services through a professional services delivery model
