John Christiansen – A Good Friend in the Legal Industry

John Christiansen has made a long-lasting imprint on the automated litigation support field and anyone who knows him would agree. I was lucky enough to meet John when he started at Summation in 1995. Like any successful sales person, John places the success of his clients before his own. When John left CT Summation in 2008 it felt like the end of an era. Then recently our paths crossed once again for what promises to be the start of an exciting new era.

John has joined Zapproved as Vice President of Sales. Zapproved is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company based in Portland, Oregon, with a platform that adds accountability to business communication. Their latest product is Legal Hold Pro (http://www.legalholdpro.com/).  Legal Hold Pro is the first pure cloud-based system for managing custodian notification and compliance for legal holds. Zapproved is expanding their product line to create a suite of applications that manage additional compliance workflows and workplace collaboration.  This is exactly the type of products we need in the Litigation Readiness/E-discovery arena. The future’s looking bright!
